You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. You may make a note of this number and take with you when you visit the Fort in place of a ticket, although we suggest printing out the email as this will contain a barcode which will grant you quicker access.

You do not have to print out the 8 digit booking reference – simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and take it with you, coupled with some ID.
Yes. All of the Fort’s exhibitions, the Tea Room and the Gift Shop are accessible by wheelchair. However, some of the tunnels and ramparts are not accessible due to the nature of the architecture and building structure. If you require any assistance or clarification, please call ahead on 01273 517622, email us at email@example.com or ask a staff member during your visit.
If there are spaces available you can book in person at the Fort on the day, but if we are full, then you cannot. But you can book online for another date.

A Family Ticket allows entry for 1 or 2 adults and up to 3 children between the ages of 4 and 15. There is no charge for children under 4.
Season Tickets are valid for one calendar year from the date of purchase and allow unlimited entry to Newhaven Fort during normal seasonal opening hours. They also offer a discount to some special events held outside normal opening hours and allow the holder a discounted admission rate upon presentation at Seaford Museum. Season Tickets are not refundable or transferable.
